Injectable steroids need to be injected into deep muscle tissue. Withdraw the oil into the syringe at the desired dose. After withdrawing rest the syringe over a mug of boiling water. This heats up the oil and ensures the oil is disperses and pip is minimised. After inserting the needle into deep muscle tissue (glutes,shoulder,thigh) withdraw the syringe to make sure blood doesnt enter the syringe with the oil. If so take out and go into another place. Inject slowly and after injecting all the oil withdraw the needle halfway wait a few seconds then fully withdraw the needle
